1.
In the beginning was the Word and the Word was God and the Word was with God. And everything that has been made has been made through him, nothing made without him. In him was life, that life was light for everyone. The darkness tries, but the light will not be overcome. The light that shines for everyone has come into the world. The light of Christ the only Son has come into the world, has come into the world. He made his dwelling in the world as the Word made flesh, and we've seen his glory. And in the sending of the Son, grace and truth have come through the one and only.
2.
Listen to the sound of the angels singing their gospel song. Listen to the joyful news they're bringing: Jesus has come! Glory to God in the highest heaven, peace on the earth. Hope is rising, fear subsiding, where the song is heard. So let your gospel song be heard, raise your voice in all the earth; join the angels singing 'glory'. Let your festive anthem sound; hope and joy and peace abound, as we sing the Christmas story. Come with a song of celebration, come to your king. Fall to your knees in adoration and worship him. He is the Lord of earth and heaven, God's only son. Lift up a shout to all creation: Jesus has come! Sing, sing, sing to the king, king, king who has come!
3.
Praise the God of grace and glory for the wonders of his love; angels tell of his great mercy in giving us his Son. Through the Holy Spirit's power, Christ our saviour comes to birth, bringing glory to the Father and hope to all the earth. Glory to God in the highest heaven, peace on earth, mercy for all! See how the gift of love is given: Christ the Lord is born for us. God is veiled in human weakness, born to bear our grief and sin. Grace and truth draw near to save us in Christ the humble King. Praise the God of restoration for the gift of Christ our King Join the angels' celebration, come, worship him and sing: Glory to God, glory to God Glory to God, glory to God.

Miracle child, born to a scared virgin girl, she trusted that God had a plan, the babe in her hands, Vulnerable child, born at the back of the inn, hardly the place for a king, yet now angels sing: Glory to God, glory to God in the highest. Glory to God, glory to God in the highest. Heavenly son, prophets predicted his birth, said he would shine light in the dark, the bright morning star. Wonderful son, bringing the captives release, meeting the worlds deepest need,  our prince of peace.  This is Jesus, coming to save us; join the angels, singing his praises.

See the Star 03:23
See the star pierce the darkness, shining hope to all the earth. See the sky blaze with glory, angels praise the saviour’s birth, See the joy, shepherds worship, amazed at all that they have seen. See the hope, wise men journey, bringing treasures to the King. See the dawning of the Son, darkness flees for love has come. The power of death will be undone: Christ is born! See the trust, humble Mary gazes at her Saviour's face. See the love freely given, Christ reveals the Father's grace. God with us in flesh and blood, giving up his throne above,    here to save us by his love: Christ is born! Glory in the highest heaven, all the earth resound; Glory in the highest heaven, God is with us now!

What kind of throne is a manger of hay, no majesty shown there, no dignity claimed, for one who deserves to be crowned and enthroned on our praise? What kind of king is so modestly born, when glory unmeasured is humble and small? This is the hope of the world and the true light of all. So I'll bow down to worship the humblest of kings and I'll bring him the best that I have; I'll say that I love him, and that I am his, and I'll give him the throne of my heart, I'll give him the throne of my heart. What kind of Saviour makes weakness his strength, in frailty depending on those he would save, and veiling the power that always belonged to his name? What kind of child causes heaven to sing, with angels proclaiming the hope that he brings? This is the glory of God, this is Jesus, the King.
7.
You bring peace but not as the world gives, you bring joy in the midst of our grief, you're the light who shines in our darkness, you bring hope when we struggle to see.   Prince of Peace, Everlasting Father, Mighty God, so wonderful to me.    Those walking in darkness have seen a great light as the dawn breaks, shattering shadows. The valley of death holds no fear in the night for he's with us; God is with us.
8.
Wonderful Counsellor, Mighty God, Prince of Peace. Awesome and wonderful, Jesus our Counsellor, you are Almighty God, Prince of Peace. Jesus Christ, God with us, Immanuel, Prince of Peace.

Searching for a baby, on the streets of Bethlehem. Looking for a Saviour - have you seen him? We listened to the angels with their news of deepest joy, now we’re on our way to find this boy. As we look for him we find that we’re the lost and it is he who seeks and saves, at such great cost. As we see him there in a manger on the ground, we find that we are found. Looking for the answers we are searching for a king. He isn’t in a palace - have you seen him? We’re following this bright star, somewhere back we lost the way. Could someone tell us where this child is laid? Now we’ve found this Saviour, we’re singing out his Christmas hymns. He is God amongst us - have you seen him? We'll lay our gifts before him, choose to follow and obey. We will put our trust in him today.

Ring out the bells at Christmas time, from every church and steeple. Announce that Christ the king is born, a saviour for the people. Let our hearts be filled with wonder as we marvel at the plan that has placed a world’s salvation in a newborn baby’s hands. Let the bells ring loud and clear for the Saviour, Christ, our Prince of Peace is here. Let those who deal in violence turn away from confrontation and know the Prince of Peace has come with healing for the nations. From the ashes of each conflict his eternal hope will rise and the noise of war be silenced by a newborn baby’s cries. Let all the earth rejoice at news of coming liberation for God in Christ reveals the dawn of peace and restoration. Now let every heart receive him, and the whole creation sing, giving praise and adoration to the newborn baby king! Let your praise ring loud and clear for the Saviour, Christ, our Prince of Peace is here.

1. On Christmas day, a humble girl gives birth to hope for all the world, this is Immanuel. How awesome and mysterious, the Lord of heaven draws near to us, this is Immanuel. 2. The hands that once split night from day now feebly clutch a blade of hay, this is Immanuel. Majestic king, now small and weak, the Word of God must learn to speak, this is Immanuel. This is our God, seen by our eyes, the love of the Father made known in Jesus Christ. This is our God, worthy of praise, the love of the Father revealed on Christmas day. 3. The shepherds come and bow to him, the Lamb who takes away our sin, this is Immanuel. For God has entered time and space to show the world his endless grace, this is Immanuel. Immanuel, Immanuel. Our God is with us now. Immanuel, Immanuel. Our God is with us now.

We worship a wonderful saviour; he's the author of life, who was there at the first. The creator who entered creation is the miracle child of a virgin birth. Praise Immanuel, praise the saviour, worship God on high. He has come to us. Praise Immanuel, praise the saviour, worship Jesus Christ. He is one with us. We worship a wonderful saviour; in the form of this child is the fullness of God. His infinity hides in his weakness, his divinity beats in his human heart. We worship a wonderful saviour; he was born as a man, yet was fully divine. He is God, come to dwell with his people, he's the Word become flesh, he is Jesus Christ. He is God with us, he is one with us.
